First time customer - fantastic product - and even better customer service. Thank goodness for globalization because the customer service I experienced with SecureTabs is far superior to what I generally experience here in the States. I had trouble ordering with my Visa, but my AmEx worked perfectly. I did experience a billing issue with my Visa card, which got me a little worried, but their customer service handled the problem promptly and politely and refunded the charges on that card. I will definitely order from this company again.
